Lisa’s real estate career began in Texas in the mid 80’s, starting in the property management side of the real estate industry, transitioning into sales in 1993. Today the industry is vastly different and Lisa strives to be on the cusp of industry change. As the market is ever-changing, so are her innovative marketing tactics and business strategies. “My business on the Emerald Coast happened organically”, Lisa states. “My family and I fell in love with the area and the lifestyle. We purchased a second home in Santa Rosa Beach, thinking that one day it would be our permanent home. It wasn’t long after that it became our primary residence. My long-time Atlanta clients started asking about purchasing primary homes as well as vacation properties in Florida, and I began cross-marketing between the states. I expanded my business by taking a partner in the Atlanta market, combining our teams into one, which operates today as Hughley Hollingsworth Real Estate LLC. Lisa then opened the luxury boutique brokerage, Classic Luxury Real Estate LLC, in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
